Return to Campus Online Workshop Series (Free!)
Many people are looking forward to getting back to a “new normal,” but that keeps changing and none of us can be sure what to expect. Students, faculty, and staff at Seattle Central College, and our family members and communities, have been affected by anxiety, depression and stress related to the pandemic, as well as safety concerns around the campus. To offer you support, Seattle Central College invites you to a Return to Campus Workshop Series.
In this series of online workshops, learn how to: increase your sense of security, find support services and resources, manage stress linked to returning to campus, and work with grief you might have over loss, including the loss of normalcy. Come to any or all of these workshops! Add the dates to your calendar now so you don’t miss these free workshops and feel free to invite others!
