New Class Proposal Form

Continuing Education at Seattle Central College provides personal enrichment and professional development classes for adults from our Capitol Hill campus, satellite locations, and online. We welcome proposals for new classes.

There is no limit to the number of proposals that may be submitted, but each proposal must be submitted separately using the form below (no other submission methods are considered).

Proposal Deadlines

Completed proposals must be submitted by the date listed below. You will be notified via email if your proposal is accepted. Continuing Education reserves the right to make the final decision regarding pricing, class size, duration, and timeline of your class(es), as well as the class title, description and location.

Quarterly Due Dates:

Fall Quarter Due Date: June 15th
Winter Quarter Due Date: September 15th
Spring Quarter Due: December 15th
Summer Quarter Due Date: March 15th

Any additional information such as instructor availability, supply lists, or special requests will be required prior to class scheduling. 

New instructors, or instructors who have not been employed by the college within the last two years, may be required to complete new employee paperwork and pass a background check.
