Daniel Mikosz
Daniel Mikosz is a chef instructor at the Seattle Culinary Academy at Seattle Central College, specializing in celebration and wedding cakes. His experience includes custom wedding and event cake production and design at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Lisa Dupar Catering, Essential Baking Company, and at a custom cake business that he owns and operates.
His classes are hands-on and demonstration-based, with an emphasis on building confidence through practice and clear instruction. Students learn essential techniques for baking, assembling, and decorating cakes in a supportive environment, and leave with the skills to produce finished cakes for their own celebrations and events.
