Class Overview
This dynamic and culturally immersive class invites students to explore the Spanish language through Latin American literature, music, and short films. Each week, students will engage in guided discussions, vocabulary-building activities, and creative expression, all in Spanish.
Through a curated selection of short stories, song lyrics, film scenes, and short films, students will develop their language skills while diving into the rich cultural narratives of the Hispanic world. The course culminates in a collaborative script or dialogue project, inspired by one of the stories discussed in class.
No prior knowledge of design or tech tools is needed, just a passion for Spanish and an openness to creativity and conversation.
