Competition for organizational resources and funding requires projects managers to be skilled in efficiently managing and spending money. This course covers the basics of project estimating, budgeting, financial justification, and cost control for projects, including tools, processes, and techniques for managing budgets and leveraging Earned Value Management. Course content follows the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
